An early August snow in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. This photo was taken in Moraine Park, in the Rocky Mountain National Park. There was so much snow at the higher elevations that they had to close Trail Ridge Road for the day. It was the earliest day of the calendar year that the road closed in it's history.
